VISUAL PRODUCTION / SYSTEM GRAMMAR + BATCH 001

MAKE THE
MECHANISM VISIBLE.

The encyclopedia drawings are being built as information architecture: strategic fields, thresholds, branches, verification gates, feedback routes, and failure paths. Decoration is unemployed here.

SHARED VISUAL LANGUAGE

Define the grammar before multiplying the sentences.

These shared assets establish how the encyclopedia teaches itself and how recurring strategic marks behave. They matter more than any one flashy illustration because the rest of the visual system inherits their logic.

FRAMEWORK MASTERS

Build once. Adapt carefully.

The queue groups many entries into reusable structural families. These masters test the geometry that later entries can inherit while changing labels, emphasis, routes, and zones.

ENTRY PROTOTYPE SET

First passes from the production queue.

These are vector QA studies built directly from the current V2 production instructions. They are not final book art. Their job is to expose visual-language mistakes while fixing them is still cheap.

SOURCE HOLD / ENTRY 002

Preparation is deliberately missing.

The production queue currently disagrees with itself: its primary visual describes roles, information, resources, training, rehearsal, testing, correction, reserves, and maintenance, while its required-label field repeats Planning's labels. We are not inventing an answer just to make the grid look complete. The source gets reconciled first.

PRODUCTION RULE

Scale only after the grammar survives inspection.

Reusable families are being validated for conceptual fidelity, label integrity, print readability, and cross-entry consistency before bulk production. A mistake multiplied by 263 remains a mistake. It merely acquires project-management software.

ARCHIVE SIGNAL

The encyclopedia is becoming a visual system, not a pile of illustrations.

Every useful diagram should preserve a relationship the reader can return to later: a path, threshold, leverage point, comparison, feedback loop, or exit.
