Links and citations are provided for context, provenance, and further reading. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement, product, organization, or practice at the destination. External sites control their own content and privacy practices.
Guests, collaborators, contributors, and public-facing identities are represented according to the information available and appropriate privacy boundaries. Cyberdelia does not treat a pseudonym, handle, stage name, or operational identity as evidence of deception, and does not manufacture credentials to fill gaps.
Corrections and revisions
Cyberdelia distinguishes evidence, inference, opinion, and speculation where practical. Material may be corrected, expanded, superseded, or annotated as better evidence becomes available. Substantive corrections should preserve enough context to understand what changed and why rather than quietly rewriting the historical record.
Good-faith correction requests should identify the page or work, the disputed statement, and supporting evidence. A request does not guarantee removal or revision, but documented factual errors will be reviewed on their merits.
Privacy
Cyberdelia Skunkworks does not intentionally ask visitors to create accounts or submit personal information to a shared backend through this static public site at this stage. The current guestbook beta stores entries only in the visitor's own browser. Hosting, network, security, and infrastructure providers may nevertheless process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, device or browser information, timestamps, and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the site.
The site currently uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate usage and performance measurement. These services may process page views, navigation paths, referrer information, general device or browser characteristics, coarse geographic or network-derived information, performance timing, and related aggregate technical data. Cyberdelia does not intend to use this analytics setup for behavioral advertising or to sell visitor profiles.
If mailing lists, commerce, account systems, shared forms, advertising services, or other data-collecting features are added later, this notice should be updated before or when those features become active. Do not send sensitive personal information through channels that have not been designated for that purpose.
Terms of use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, probe without authorization, or interfere with the site or its supporting systems. Do not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorship, or affiliation with Cyberdelia Skunkworks.
These notices may change as the site, its services, and applicable obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
Registration status
A copyright notice does not mean that every work displayed here has already been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Registration status may differ by work. Copyright protection and federal registration are related but distinct matters.
