Catalog before commentary
Agency, release number, filename, date, retrieval path, source URL, checksums where acquired, and relationship to the case remain attached to the media record.
PRIORITY COLLECTION / PURSUE
Official records first. Claims later. Preserve the source. Present the analysis here.
Cyberdelia treats the current federal UAP release stream as priority public-records material. Source provenance is preserved separately from interpretation. Bulk media binaries remain deferred while storage is constrained.
Evidence boundary: “Alien / UAP Archives” is a discovery label, not a conclusion. Unresolved does not mean extraterrestrial.
MEDIA POLICY
Government footage remains source material with provenance attached. Cyberdelia's explanatory and editorial video layer is first-party: our narration, diagrams, analysis, transcript, source notes, and revisions.
Agency, release number, filename, date, retrieval path, source URL, checksums where acquired, and relationship to the case remain attached to the media record.
Flagship UAP video is not built around somebody else's upload. When released, it should be our own work backed by source footage, diagrams, transcripts, and references.
Bulk video mirroring is postponed while storage is constrained. Documents, manifests, metadata, case reconstruction, and technical analysis take priority.
PURSUE RELEASES
Document packages remain part of the source archive. Video package metadata is retained for later selective ingest rather than promoted as an external viewing product.

TECHNOLOGY DESK
Conditional engineering. The observation has to survive sensor, geometry and provenance analysis first. Then we ask what known technology could reproduce it, what new engineering would be required, and what measurable signatures each hypothesis predicts.

Historical intelligence, modern sensor cases, spaceflight material and unresolved reports belong in the same archive but not the same evidentiary bucket.

A record can be historically important without proving the extraordinary claim attached to it.
Original filename, agency, release number, source URL and retrieval metadata remain recorded even when only metadata is locally preserved.
When binaries are acquired, they receive checksums. Derivatives never silently replace source material.
Readers should be able to follow Cyberdelia's reconstruction, technical argument, and source trail without being bounced through an external-media carousel.
Sensor artifacts, aircraft, balloons, satellites, adversary systems, atmospheric effects, fabrication, unknown technology and genuinely unresolved cases remain live until evidence closes them.
