Cyberdelia is building its own catalog of government-released UAP media, hearings, briefings, and case video. Until internal hosting is practical, durable institutional and major-news YouTube channels serve as convenience mirrors. They are not substitutes for the primary record.

VIEWING POLICY
Playback is convenient. Provenance is evidence.
A YouTube upload may be useful and durable, but the evidentiary source remains the originating agency, hearing, record, or release. Every serious item should eventually carry both.
Watch
Prefer complete briefings, hearings, and long-form source material over excerpt reels and narration-heavy edits.
Preserve
Record the external URL, title, date, channel, and source relationship. Where lawful and useful, mirror primary media independently later.
Analyze
Keep commentary separate from the underlying footage. An analyst's explanation is a new record, not a replacement for the old one.

NASA
Scientific briefings, public meetings, agency broadcasts, and long-form material. Useful for UAP methodology because NASA's independent study focused on data quality rather than retroactive case mythology.

Major-news channels are not primary evidence. They are useful long-lived mirrors and reporting archives, and they often preserve complete livestreams that would otherwise require hunting through government sites designed by people who resent navigation.

Large institutional channel with long-form hearing streams and event coverage. Treat headlines and commentary as reporting; treat hearing footage as a convenience copy of the public proceeding.

A channel may contain useful interviews while also publishing speculation. Cyberdelia curates at the item level. We do not grant an entire creator permanent authority merely because one upload was valuable.

PRIORITY INGEST
Start with cases that reward analysis.
We do not need to upload everything at once. Multi-file cases, sensor-rich records, historically important footage, and material referenced by Technology Desk articles go first.
Gulf of Oman sequence
Useful because multiple files may permit timing, geometry, platform and sensor-state reconstruction.
Army infrared material
Useful for examining thermal imaging limits, apparent motion, range ambiguity and signature claims.
Historical film cases
Useful for provenance, photogrammetry, reproduction history and comparison between period and modern analysis.
